Founder
Noah Kowalski harnesses over a decade of experience advising Fortune 100 companies, disruptive startups, and federal policymakers to Ad Astra Advisors. He spent a decade at one of the leading government relations and communications firms in Washington, helping to lead the firm in double digit revenue growth. He worked for Senator Kirsten Gillibrand (NY) on Capitol Hill and began his career in Washington at the American University Center for Peacebuilding and Development. He holds a Masters in International Affairs from American University’s School of International Service, a Bachelors in International Relations from Mount Allison University (New Brunswick, Canada), and an International Baccalaureate from the Lester B. Pearson United World College of the Pacific. He lives in Washington, DC.
